Vanessa has been counselling since 2007 and went into private practice in 2009 after completing her Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative) in 2009. Prior to this, she was a volunteer alcohol counsellor and completed a Certificate in Christian Counselling. She has also completed The Foundation for Infant Loss Training and the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA) Foundation Course in Infertility Counselling. She is an accredited registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Vanessa has a personal interest in the fertility field, and feels passionately about supporting people emotionally during the challenges that come with trying to have a baby.
Prior to her work as a counsellor, Vanessa spent several years as an events manager. She is married with two children and loves reading, swimming, cycling and travelling.
